Next Big thing
Next Big thing
Who in your club is primed or on the verge of being the next big thing in the competition this season?
The sort of bloke that has had a couple of years under his belt, and is ready to take the next step.
For the blues, I reckon Ryan Herring is not far off, if he can lose his lack of confidence in his kicking.

Re: Next Big thing
Ryan McInerney for Port Alot of young guys to choose from but I would say Jay Shannon would be one to watch as well.
Re: Next Big thing
Nah I dont think Herring Chambo, I reckon if he has the focus it will be John McDonald . Theres a few really and Fish is amongst it but there are parts of his game that I am critical on .

Re: Next Big thing
First one that comes to mind who has a couple of years of Ressies under his belt (with a couple of league games last year) is Richard O'Grady.
I reckon Warrick McGinty will step up to help Big Trev out in ruck this year as well, and will continue improving in leaps and bounds.
Couple of young ones:
Cameron Hitchcock already making a name for himself as Power Rookie atm
Andrew Bradley who went straight from U18s last seson to being named in best players in league trial last week
Jarrod Kellock, Alex Grima and Shannon Snook are also showing signs they are pushing for league in 2010 after Reserves last season.
