I don't like them either, but I cannot have that great pretender being lauded here.
Even though he was a good player, he has lost all credibility in recent years by basically stomping on the integrity of the sanfl.
Today's Tiser article is all the more surprising in its "reasonableness"

The Bulldogs have plenty of respect from me, seeing how hard they have worked over the last 15-20 years to get where they are now, quietly going about their business.
I agree whilst the SANFL standard may not be what it was years ago, a Premiership is still a Premiership and they have clearly made their mark on this competition.

I think its fantastic how centrals have won so many flags in such a short time, great for the club and great for elizibetheons , Its their supporters that need to have a good look at themselves. Just think how many more would be at a centrals home game if supporters from the oppersition turned up.
